This is the first location release form for the room W12, to use this form for most of our 90 second depict short we got permission from the subject teacher who uses this room.

This is the recce form in the room W12 where most of our depicT short is going to be filmed. this includes available times and dates to use the room.

This is the risk assessment including what could potentially not go the way we wanted them too and how we can prevent those events from happening.

This is the three pages of the story board which is illustrating what the shots re visually going to look like along with a description of it ad how long the shot is planning to me. it also includes the type of shot we want to use.

This is the shot list what we will follow throughout the time of filming the depicT short, this includes the shot time, duration of the shot and what will happen during the shot.
